Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
High volume events (e.g., holidays) may extend processing by 1–2 days.
Delivery Time
Transit time: 2–4 business days after processing.
Actual delivery may vary depending on location (urban/rural), carrier delays, weather, or holidays. If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted U.S. delivery providers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on your address and delivery speed.

Tracking

Shipping Issues

• Your tracking shows no update for 5+ days
• Your package is marked “delivered” but can’t be found
• Your order arrives damaged
